Lake Nockamixon, PA (09/20/09) On September 20th, Blue Mountain Bassmasters held our 14th Annual Fall Buddy Tournament at Lake Nockamixon.
Sean Hartigan and Mark Grandinett took top honors with a 16.22lb limit anchored by a 4.97lb lunker. Their bag edged Judd Herr/Al Furbacher (13.01 lbs) and Ron Flamish/Tim Gregus (11.74 lbs). Rounding out the top 5 teams were: Ron Wolf/Shawn Richards (11.56 lbs) and John Bench/Ted Bench (10.35 lbs).
Sean and Mark also won the largemount lunker pool with a 4.97 lb largemouth. The top smallmouth went to Den Haring / Lisa Haring with a 3.92 lb smallmouth.
Overall, 24 teams participated recording 41 bass for a total weight of 118.79 lbs (2.90 lb avg). Overall, 6 teams recorded limits.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the tournament and those who came out for the weigh-in.
